Contour Treatment for Machining of Mechanical Parts
1. The unmarked shape tolerance should meet the requirements of GB1184-80.
2. The allowable deviation of the unmarked length is ±0.5mm.
3. No fillet radius R5.
4. All chamfers without notes are C2.
5. Acute angles are blunt.
6. The sharp edge is blunt, and the burr and flash are removed
Surface treatment of machined parts
1. On the machined surface of the parts, there should be no scratches, abrasions and other defects that damage the surface of the parts.

2. The surface of the processed thread is not allowed to have defects such as black skin, bumps, random buckles and burrs. All surfaces of steel parts to be painted must be free of rust, scale, grease, dust, dirt, salt and dirt before painting.
3. Before derusting, use organic solvents, lye, emulsifiers, steam, etc. to remove grease and dirt on the surface of steel parts.
4. The time interval between the surface to be coated and the primer coating after shot blasting or manual derusting shall not exceed 6 hours.
5. The surface of the riveted parts in contact with each other must be coated with anti-rust paint with a thickness of 30-40 μm before connection. Lap edges shall be closed with paint, putty or adhesive. Primer damaged by machining or welding shall be recoated.
