CNC milling service

3-axis centers (20 machines, 1060×600×510 mm), 4-axis centers (5 machines, 2000×1200×510 mm) and 5-axis centers (2 machines, 2500×1400×510 mm) with 0.008 mm/300 mm positioning accuracy and 15,000 rpm spindles. Milled features hold ±0.005 mm; face, angle, form and straddle milling for complex geometries.

CNC turning service

12 CNC lathes (Φ450×500 mm, ±0.002 mm) and 22 automatic lathes (Φ25×35 mm) for rotational parts, threads and sensor components. Milling-turning centers combine both processes in one set-up to cut positioning errors on parts that need shoulders, bores and milled flats.

5-axis CNC machining

Simultaneous 5-axis worktable 1050×500 mm, X/Y/Z travel 900×600×550 mm, max working speed 60 m/min. One set-up machines undercuts, angled holes and free-form surfaces that 3-axis work would need multiple fixtures to reach — fewer set-ups, tighter geometry, 5–7 business day lead time.

Grinding, wire EDM & large-part machining

Surface grinding holds ±0.001 mm (8 machines), internal/external grinding ±0.002 mm, slow-speed wire EDM ±0.001 mm, and two gantry CNC centers machine workpieces up to 3800×2400×750 mm. When the drawing demands mirror finishes or hardened steels, the process exists in-house.

A China CNC machining manufacturer, not a middleman

A lot of websites selling China CNC machining are run by trading companies. They take your drawing, send it to whichever shop is cheapest that week, and add their markup. When something goes wrong, nobody on the call has actually seen your parts.
We own the machines. Lemo started in 2011 as a small workshop in Dongguan, the manufacturing hub between Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Today we run a 5,000 m² plant with three workshops, 120 machine operators and a team of 15 senior engineers. The engineer who reviews your drawing works in the same building as the machinist who cuts your part and the inspector who signs off on it.
That matters for three reasons. Your questions get answered by someone who knows the part. Engineering changes reach the shop floor the same day. And the quality record for your order is ours, not a subcontractor’s that nobody can audit.
About 80% of what we make is built to order for overseas customers, mostly in the United States, Canada, Western Europe and Australia. We run under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, we’re an SGS-audited supplier, and our products meet RoHS requirements.

5-axis CNC machining

Two Japanese-built 5-axis machining centers, with 2,500 × 1,400 × 510 mm of travel, reach five sides of a part in a single setup. Fewer setups mean less stacked error on complex housings, manifolds and contoured parts, and often a lower price, because you pay for fewer fixtures and less handling.

modular-2.webp

CNC milling services

Twenty 3-axis and five 4-axis machining centers handle most of our milled parts: brackets, plates, enclosures, heat sinks, jigs and fixtures. For oversized work, two gantry machining centers take parts up to 3,800 × 2,400 × 750 mm, roughly 12.5 by 7.9 feet.

modular-3.webp

CNC turning and Swiss turning

Twelve CNC lathes (up to Ø450 mm) and 22 automatic lathes turn shafts, pins, bushings, connectors and fittings. For long, slender parts, Swiss-type turning keeps the part supported close to the cut, so it stays straight, and it’s usually the most economical way to run small turned parts in volume.

modular-4.webp

Precision grinding and wire EDM

When a feature has to hold microns, we finish it on surface grinders, ID/OD grinders or a slow-speed wire EDM, all rated to ±0.001–0.002 mm. Wire EDM also cuts hardened steel, sharp internal corners and narrow slots that a milling cutter can’t reach.

modular-1.webp

Sheet metal fabrication

Two German-built CNC laser cutters with 3,000 × 1,500 mm beds, seven CNC press brakes and in-house welding turn out enclosures, cabinets, chassis and brackets in cold-rolled steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

modular-2.webp

Metal stamping

Twelve mechanical presses from 16 to 350 tons, plus a 650-ton hydraulic press. Stamping pays off once volumes reach the thousands. Below that, we’ll tell you straight if laser cutting or machining is the cheaper route.

modular-3.webp

Die casting

Aluminum, zinc and brass die casting on six machines from 180 to 1,000 tons. Critical bores and sealing faces are CNC machined after casting, in the same plant, so tolerances are owned by one team.

modular-4.webp

Injection molding and rapid prototyping

Eight molding machines from 15 to 1,200 tons for engineering plastic parts, plus 3D-printed prototypes so you can check fit and function before you commit to tooling.

We’re Take Care of Your Problems Carefully

Just about every China CNC machining supplier promises ±0.005 mm. In practice, the tolerance a shop can hold depends on the machine, the material, the size of the feature and what you’re willing to pay for,The quickest way to a lower price is to specify tight tolerances only where the function demands them. During quote review, our engineers flag dimensions that look tighter than the part needs, and you decide whether to keep them. Here’s how we approach it.

General tolerances

Most features on a machined part don’t need to be tight. If your drawing has no general tolerance note, tell us which standard to apply, such as ISO 2768-m, and we’ll quote to it. Leaving this blank is the most common reason two suppliers’ quotes don’t match.

Tight tolerances, around ±0.005 mm

We hold these on our 4-axis, 5-axis, gantry and mill-turn centers and on our CNC lathes. Expect slower cycle times and CMM inspection of the critical dimensions, both of which add cost, so use them where the part needs them.

Micron-level features, ±0.001–0.002 mm

Ground bores, gauge surfaces and precision slots go to our grinders or our slow-speed wire EDM, then get verified on our Swiss-made CMM. These features are worth calling out individually on the drawing.

How your order runs, and how we check it

Every order follows the same documented path under our ISO 9001:2015 system. You get photos at each stage, so you’re never left waiting on a supplier who’s gone quiet.
